parentSCOPE offers parent-coaching and education in several ways depending on how much support you would like in your parenting: ranging from informal sessions over coffee with friends to intensive individual parent-coaching that brings about deep change.

Our scope of parent-coaching and professional support includes:

- One on one parent-coaching: 8 weekly sessions of one hour based on our seven ways coaching method. We teach a simple, yet powerful method of seven ways to closer relationships and then coach you towards positive connection between you and your child. An individual parent-coaching manual is provided. These parent-coaching sessions are by phone or face to face and back up support via email is included.

- Group parent-coaching workshops:

• Our comprehensive parent-coaching courses consist of 4 weekly sessions of 2 hours. These workshops are strength-based, interactive, and hands-on, with a mix of informative and thought provoking material tailored to the three main parenting roles and are based on our seven ways parent-coaching method.

- "Parent as Earliest Teacher" coaching for parents of children 0 - 7
- "Parent as Manager" coaching for parents of children 7 - 12
- "Parent as Coach" coaching for parents of teenagers

• Our 2 hour stand-alone parent-coaching modules look at a scope of parenting issues and support you to stay on track to achieve family relationship fitness. Topics include:

We can also design parent-coaching modules to suit you.

• Our 2 hour stand-alone Espresso Parenting™ sessions are for parents with children the same age as yours. We have groups for parents of preschoolers, primary age children and teens. Workshops are relaxed, fun, and interactive and include half an hour to have a cuppa and talk with other parents

- Flexible formats: parentSCOPE coaching is for teachers and other professionals as well as parents. We can design coaching to suit you or your organisation.
